I've decided
to do a riffbox of sorts until i can tab some whole songs
out. So i think I'll take this opporotunity to show of
some of my favorite of Craig's Riffs, the Main Riffs of
the songs "Fever Dreams", "Lord Of The
Last Day" and "Dream Evil". I Decided to
record them myself so you can hear it with out all the
extras, but my amp is a little crappy, so is my
microphone. but you can hear what i'm trying to do, So
without further delay..
Fever Dreams Fever Dreams is one of my favorite songs from Magica. It's got an awesome riff that just stands out to me. It sorta reminds me of Dream Evil for some odd reason, i have no clue why though. Allright. Here's the TAB for it: -----------------------------|---------------------------------- Lord Of the Last Day Lord of the Last Day is probably the heaviest track on Magica, i suppose. It's got a catchy riff that's fairly easy, so i didnt bother to record a slow version of it. It's a pretty good song, and the first actual full length song on Magica, trackwise. -------------------------------|---------------------------------
Dream Evil Dream Evil is probably got one of my favorite riffs, and it's fairly catchy. It's one of those things you can sit down and play over and over again. it's kinda odd to figure out though. But it's REALLY good. By the way, buy the album! Update: I had been playing this riff based in A, when it shoulda
been in G. i've known this for some time, and realize i look like
an idiot for not updating it sooner. Craig had an apperance in Guitar
One. Last page, the Now & then section. June Issue. Here's what
the magazine said (and one guy who also happened to email me about
